It’s not everyday you get to witness something so horrid it becomes something wonderful. Well my fellow freaks, the film Nudist Colony of the Dead is such a film. Filmed in the early ’90s this zombie/nudist/musical hits all of the requirements for a great bad film. The movie synopsis is pretty straightforward:
Judge Rhinehole orders the Sunny Buttocks Nudist Camp closed down as an affront to the community. The members of the camp enter into a suicide pact, but vow to return for vengeance. Five years later, a group of campers on a retreat argue with each other about religion and sing big production numbers as the group begins experiencing an attrition problem.
Best of all is that the judge is played by non other than Forrest J. Ackerman himself, which unless you’re a massive scifi and horror fan his appearance means nothing to you.
Below I give you a fine example of this musical tour de force. It’s sorta-kinda not work safe in that if your workmates see you watching this they may very well question your sanity.
